Grady Olsen
Design / President
Grady works directly with clients throughout the design process. He collaborates with the Project Team, including the General Contractor, Interior designer, and landscape architect. Grady also works with local jurisdictions on permitting, including any upfront planning to verify site specific requirements, and coordinates with the engineering consultants. He manages a team of drafters along with his project manager Dominic Jacovo and office manager Candice Cook.

Dominic was born and raised in the west valley of Arizona and graduated Summa Cum Laude at Arizona State University, receiving his Bachelors of Science in Design (BSD) in Architectural Studies. He is excited to be a part of this journey in his early stages of his architecture career and is also excited to announce that he is recently engaged and to be married early next year!
Candice Cook
Office + Social Media Manager
Candice was born and raised in Prescott, Arizona and moved to the valley for college where she met her husband of 28 years on a blind date! They have 3 children and two sweet grandchildren who bring so much joy! Candice has worked as a product designer for scrapbook companies, owned her own custom design pillow business for interiors and has been a social media manager for the last three years. Candice loves to travel as much as possible, preferably to the beach, reading, walks every single day & spends as much time as possible with her kids and grandbabies!
